Christos Prapas is a Lecturer (MSc, PhDc) at the Department of Public and Community Health, School of Public Health, University of West Attica. He is also a member of the Laboratory of Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Department of Public and Community Health.
Christos Prapas has a Master in the Social Psychiatry – Child psychiatry and he is a PhD candidate in the Department of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine, University of Ioannina. H also holds a Degree in Psychology form Department of Psychology, National and Kapodistrian University Athens. He has published articles (20) in peer reviewed journals, in non-peer reviewed journals (7), chapters (3) in books and has presented his work in conferences (56).
He also currently participates in the Erasmus+ project: “STRENCO: Strengthening multi-professional competencies in mental health in an international context, through co-production with academics, students, service users and professionals” (Agreement No 2017-1-IE02KA203-000548. Central coordinator: Trinity College Dublin).
His interests focus on mental health, physical health, quality of life, wellbeing, addictions, immigration, repatriation, counseling, psychotherapy.
